ABSTRACT
The tremendous usage of natural or virgin aggregates is leading to their exploitation as a resource. There is a high priority for the partial replacement of virgin aggregates with alternate construction material which shall be environmentally responsible and it should perform equally well as the conventional one. Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) can be an excellent choice for the base and sub-base layers of Highway Pavements. This RAP can be used with stabilizer like Cement, which gives the pavement better load dispersion and greater load resistance. So, the current study consists of various laboratory tests with 0%, 3% and 5% of cement which is used as a stablizer and conclusions based on that.
